Laundry & Kitchen Technician

Respond and attend to guest repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, while visually inspecting tools, equipment, or machines. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed, and record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change. Follow all company and safety policies, report hazards, complete safety training, and properly store flammable materials. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
