Job Summary
Receives and delivers linens to trucks and designated areas while recording weight and counts. Sorts linen into categories, assists in loading and unloading washers and dryers, and operates various laundry machines except washers/extractors. Hand folds items as needed, packs linen into baskets and carts for transport, and maintains equipment and the work area in a clean, safe condition. Requires three months of on-the-job training and proper color vision for stain detection.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Three (3) months on-the-job training
- Proper color vision for classifying client linens and detecting stains
