Laundry Executive

Oversee laundry operations, including inventory of uniforms and linens, and monthly reporting of supplies. Manage and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery; inspect linens for damage. Train, hire, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline, and motivate staff; ensure safety procedures and equipment operation are followed. Verify that laundry requests are completed for each department, coordinate with managers to maintain quality standards and efficiency, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Maintain professional communications, prepare and review documents, and uphold confidentiality and company assets. Physical duties include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds; navigate confined spaces and stairs; engage in teamwork to meet organizational goals. Education and supervisory requirements focus on a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of related experience and supervisory experience.
