Job Summary
Load, unload, and deliver trucks to specified destinations while securing cargo with blocks and tie ropes. Pick up dirty laundry from all resort buildings and deliver linen buckets according to given schedules. Position linen carts inside the truck, sign out keys and radio, and fill the gas tank before the end of shift. Clean the vehicle and report any mechanical issues to mechanics. Assist inside the laundry by sorting, washing, or folding resort linen as needed. Wear a safety vest while operating the vehicle. Perform these duties while lifting 50lbs and working in outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Driver's License
- 3 years driving experience
- at least one year experience in driving the class of vehicle to be operated
- meet all state and local licensing requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to lift 50lbs
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- pass a background screen
- pass a drug test
- prove eligibility to work in the United States
