Job Summary
Operate a company box truck to transport linen and materials to and from customer locations, ensuring safe loading and unloading. Perform vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and follow safety guidelines for separating and removing solid waste before laundering. Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records while providing daily customer service. Complete all tasks efficiently, including weekends and starting at 2:00 am. This temp-to-perm role with Southeast Texas HR offers $15.00-$17.00 hourly pay and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow procedures and safety regulations
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Have a copy of immunization records
- Start work at 2:00 am and work weekends
