LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

Receives soiled linens by bag, cart, or chute from the floors, sorts articles by kind, color, and soil level, and inspects items to record any damage or stains. Operates washers and dryers per manufacturer guidelines, adding correct chemical quantities, then folds clean linens and stores them appropriately. Assists in daily linen counts for monthly inventories and informs the supervisor of equipment malfunctions. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to ensure satisfaction while maintaining a professional image. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
