Job Summary
Wash, dry, and iron hotel linens while identifying stained or damaged items for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard. Inspect articles from machines, remove lint and debris from dryer screens and filters, and fold cleaned items into designated sizes. Maintain accurate records of laundered items, deliver folded linen to storage, and ensure uniform and personal appearance meets company standards. Welcome and acknowledge guests, comply with safety policies, report accidents, and complete required training. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.
