Job Summary
Load, wash, and care for linen according to policies; clean lint filters on dryers and maintain the laundry room. Clean public areas as assigned, stock carts with linens and supplies, and greet guests while offering assistance. Report maintenance deficiencies on work orders and immediately turn in lost and found items. Adhere to timing standards, attend briefings and training sessions, and comply with safety and security policies. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. while maintaining a clean, sanitary environment for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, with efficiency and under time constraints.
- Must be able to lift, push and pull 25 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working in guest rooms.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Follow directions thoroughly and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
