Job Summary
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for performing all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens. Essential duties include maintaining cleanliness in the laundry facility, understanding and operating washers and dryers, and managing cleaning chemicals. The role requires a positive attitude, effective communication skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Teamwork and collaboration with other team members are essential to ensure a clean and welcoming hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
