Job Summary
Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with unloading items; delivering laundry and clothing to guestrooms; flexible schedule; respond promptly to requests from guests, Front Desk, or At Your Service; maintain cleanliness/appearance of laundry and dry cleaning; complete valet tickets for proper handling; coordinate repairs and pick-up delivery when completed; adhere to company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; communicate clearly; develop positive working relationships; support team objectives; comply with quality assurance standards; physical duties include reaching, bending, twisting, lifting up to 10 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
