Laundry Attendant

Greet guests on arrival and assist with unloading items; deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms; manage valet tickets and coordinate repairs/pick-up when completed; respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries from Front Desk or At Your Service; monitor cleanliness of laundry/dry cleaning areas; follow all policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect assets. Maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly, develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance standards. Physical duties include reaching, bending, twisting, lifting up to 10 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Flexible schedule and ability to work with guests across shifts are required.
