Job Summary
Operate commercial washers, dryers, ironers, and folders while sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding linens, towels, and uniforms. Inspect items for cleanliness or damage, maintain inventory levels of supplies, and ensure the laundry facility remains organized and sanitized. Report equipment malfunctions promptly and follow safety protocols when handling chemicals. Assist with distribution and collection of linens to support housekeeping and other departments. Maintain productivity standards while working in a warm, humid environment. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and cleaning products
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
