Laundry Attendant

Laundry Attendant with responsibility for upkeep of the laundry department, operating washing equipment, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain inventory. Executes sorting of dirty linen, manages linen inventory, tracks rag-outs, ensures washing standards before inventory, communicates equipment issues, and assists in increasing laundry efficiency. Maintains professional, friendly interactions with guests and ensures confidentiality of proprietary information while performing duties such as folding linen and terry cloth items and organizing linen storage. Works in a fast-paced environment with time constraints and production standards, multitasking across multiple machines and products, and preparing linen for dispersal to guest floors.
