Job Summary
Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guest rooms in accordance with Greens and the Brand standards. Manage housekeeping department supplies usage and organization while maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance. Implement the company's mission statement, values, and culture consistently. Assist with guest issues professionally, communicating in a friendly, helpful, and hospitable manner. Work as a team member, multi-task effectively, and remain service-centric. This role requires standing for eight hours, bending, stretching, and reaching, with the ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds. Schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and evenings, with long hours sometimes required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience
- High School diploma or equivalent of the same
- Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
