Laundry Attendant

Laundry Attendant responsibilities include washing, ironing, folding and distributing linens such as towels, napkins, and tablecloths; operate washing machines and dryers; sort, pre-treat stained linen; load and unload laundry; maintain clean and organized laundry area; demonstrate attentive, friendly, and service-oriented interaction with guests and colleagues; communicate effectively, listen to concerns, and provide solutions; cross-train in other hotel-related areas; attend required trainings; comply with hotel standards and policies; maintain confidentiality of information; demonstrate initiative and support guest satisfaction. The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility with hours, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; promotion of a safe, efficient operation in a hospitality environment.
