Job Summary
Maintains the cleanliness of the hotel’s linen supply; sorts laundry prior to washing; loads washers and dryers; follows equipment settings; monitors water usage; informs supervisor of equipment failures or supply shortages; presses and folds linens; completes inventory; maintains cleanliness of laundry room and equipment; works varied schedules based on business demand; adheres to safety rules; provides 100% guest satisfaction through hospitality standards; performs other duties as required by management to provide guest service and teamwork; supports an equal opportunity employer policy; participates in background checks and E-Verify as required.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of one-year hospitality experience in laundry or dry cleaning
- Follows instructions and communicates effectively
- Works well independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel
