Job Summary
Sort linens, treat stains, load washers with specified agents, and fold dried items while maintaining chemical logs and inventory. Operate laundry equipment and report maintenance needs to the facilities manager. Sanitize hotel areas, catalog lost and found items, and uphold Black Rock environmental initiatives. Deliver high-standard customer service to guests and cooperate with housekeeping teams on room cleaning, supply restocking, and common area duties. Adhere strictly to health, safety, and security protocols.
