Laundry Attendant

Clean and complete laundry services for approximately 14-16 resident apartments daily, stripping bed linens, collecting items, and sorting each resident's laundry separately. Wash, dry, fold, and hang clothing and linens, then return clean laundry to rooms and put items away in designated storage. Make beds and assist the housekeeping team with additional duties to ensure apartments are cleaned and laundry is completed on the same day. On Fridays, complete missed apartment cleanings, perform common area and building cleaning tasks, shampoo carpets, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
