Job Summary
Operate washers, dryers, and dry-cleaning equipment safely while sorting, inspecting, and treating soiled articles for stains. Regulate machine processes, control additives and temperatures, then sort, count, hang, fold, or wrap clean items according to specifications. Iron, press, and stack linens; maintain inventory by marking items and reporting losses or damages. Lubricate equipment, clean filters, and alert the Supervisor for repairs while keeping the work environment safe and clean. Assist with loading and unloading linens for transport. Work nights, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment in Grand Cayman.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time
- Able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Satisfactory police record
