Job Summary
Collect, clean, and redistribute linens, towels, and other textiles to the hotel property in a timely manner while adhering to Resorts' cleaning standards. Assist the housekeeping department with maintaining and cleaning guest rooms and common areas as needed, and provide linens to restaurants for the Casino and Cedars at Dungeness. Coordinate with all departments to meet guest needs, resolve client conflicts, and maintain superior customer service while upholding the resort's mission and values. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned and support the team in identifying and streamlining work processes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible with hours and days worked; mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality and/or laundry experience preferred.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.
- Native American hiring preference for qualified candidates.
