Job Summary
Laundry Associates are the face of the store, providing customer service and assisting with laundry card/machine operations, cash register use, wash and fold orders, and retail sales. They ensure products are stocked and neatly displayed, communicate maintenance needs, follow safety practices, and support a clean, safe store environment. The role includes handling customer questions, supporting inventory needs, and adhering to company policies, with flexible scheduling and the potential for full benefits in a part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to communicate with all customers and associates in a professional manner
- Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours at a time for a shift
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
- Must be able to work well with peers
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Ability to resolve customer issues/complaints in a fashionable and timely manner
- Ability to perform assigned tasks by management
