Laundry Assistant

Laundry Assistant handles day-to-day laundry duties for patients in a post-acute care facility, including collecting, sorting, ironing, folding, stacking, hanging, and distributing laundry while maintaining patient rights, safety, and sanitation. The role requires applying Life Care standards and complying with relevant laws and facility procedures, demonstrating dependable attendance, good judgment, teamwork, confidentiality, and professionalism. The position involves assisting in patient evacuation, providing excellent customer service to patients, and adhering to the organization’s Code of Conduct and mandatory training.
