Laundry Assistant

Laundry Aide performs day-to-day laundry services for patients in a post-acute care facility, including collecting, sorting, ironing, folding, stacking, hanging, and distributing laundry while ensuring patient rights and safety. Requires adherence to laws, regulations, and Life Care standards; demonstrates integrity and professionalism; maintains confidentiality; communicates effectively on an interdisciplinary team; and follows company policies. Part-time schedule is Fridays and Saturdays 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. with every other holiday. Demonstrates dependable attendance and customer service oriented toward patients; involves evacuation assistance as needed; requires ability to read, write, and understand English; and physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move during shifts.
