Laundry and Housekeeping Aide

Clean assigned resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily while maintaining resident privacy by knocking and announcing before entry. Sweep carpets, dust furniture, and wash windows, door panels, and sills. Operate laundry equipment to wash, fold, and bundle linens for delivery, ensuring proper separation between soiled and clean items. Monitor and report evidence of rodents, pests, or fire hazards to the supervisor, and post safety signs when environmental hazards exist. Use personal protective equipment when handling blood or hazardous fluids, and strictly follow chemical safety procedures by keeping supplies in original containers.
