Job Summary
Laundry Aide responsible for processing linens and resident personal laundry, delivering clean linens to nursing units, collecting soiled items, and maintaining orderly laundry facilities. Must work as part of a team, keep information confidential, adhere to building policies, and report equipment or maintenance concerns. Daily cleaning and sanitation of laundry spaces, and ensuring items are neat, wrinkle-free, and placed in correct resident closets. On-site role at Sodus, NY with full-time schedule; prior experience in a commercial laundry is preferred and on-the-job training is provided. Required Qualifications
- High school student/graduate or GED preferred
- Some experience in a commercial laundry environment preferred, but on-the-job training provided
