Job Summary
Laundry Aide position in a healthcare facility responsible for day-to-day housekeeping and laundry duties. Coordinate daily laundry services with nursing services, follow safety precautions and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, and maintain clean, safe, and attractive resident areas. Requires a high school diploma or GED (on-the-job training provided) and ability to read/write/speak/understand English. Must be able to follow schedules, work harmoniously with staff, and perform sanitation inspections of resident rooms/units.
