Job Summary
Transport soiled and clean linen carts, operate commercial washers and dryers, sort, load, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry. Maintain equipment and laundry areas, keep records of inventory, check stock supplies, and deliver laundry as specified. Follow written and oral instructions regarding cleaning compounds and disinfecting solutions while ensuring customers receive high-quality service in a caring atmosphere. Provide a criminal background check and work independently with flexibility and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc
- Ability to work independently
- Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel
- Must provide a criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Laundry experience is a plus
