Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of laundry operations, including fabric care and machine operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle residents' personal belongings with care and respect
