Job Summary
Collect dirty linens, wash, dry, and fold items, then redistribute clean linens and personal items to residents. Partner with the community team to ensure OSHA compliance, safety rule adherence, and proper use of PPE, fire extinguishers, and lockout/tag-out procedures. Maintain readiness for exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials while following all community policies. Work semi-independently to manage multiple priorities and handle frequent interruptions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following all community procedures and guidelines and having the ability to follow through on assigned tasks and demonstrates initiative
- Ability to perform tasks with frequent interruptions
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED preferred
