Job Summary
Laundry Aide at Friendship Village Chesterfield (Full-Time Day shift, Monday–Friday with Rotating Weekends). Responsibilities include sorting linens, towels, and clothing by color, size, and material; operating commercial laundry equipment with proper sanitization; loading/unloading washers and dryers; preparing and packaging laundry items for resident delivery; creating resident IDs on laundry tags; assisting with receiving deliveries from vendors; stocking supplies (detergent, bleach, fabric softener, laundry bags); maintaining a clean, safe, and organized laundry room; cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment; and providing excellent customer service to residents and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required
