Laundry Aide - FT - Day

Performs laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and sorting clothes and linens; hangs or places items on racks according to name and numbers; ensures garments are ready for patients and properly stored; follows MSDS precautions for all chemicals; cleans and disinfects linen carts; washes and dries linens; maintains cleanliness of the laundry area and follows cleaning schedules; participates in stain removal; supports the organization’s mission and communicates professionally with associates, patients, and visitors; no supervisory responsibilities; requires basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong reading/writing abilities; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
