Job Summary
Entry-Level ABA Therapist provides one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions and data collection. Works as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, completion of the 40-hour RBT course, and a 6-month commitment. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours; comprehensive training provided.
