Job Summary
Design, develop, and test ground support equipment system requirements and verification for launch vehicle operations. Collaborate with cross-functional GSE design teams to ensure proper flow and compliance, while conducting system analysis including FMEA/Fishbones. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, and provide technical support during integration. Participate in design reviews and project meetings to drive mission-focused aerospace and defense capabilities from whiteboard to warfighter-ready systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Aerospace Systems
- Proven experience in developing Aerospace ground support equipment systems, either mechanical (MGSE) or electrical (EGSE)
- Knowledge of launch vehicle operations and industry standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
