Launch Project Quality Advanced Engineer

Own the 8D and NCM process (D1-D3) by coordinating cross-functional teams to solve quality issues, conduct failure and customer trouble analysis, and define containment actions. Verify new project inspection plans and support launch activities for components, replacement tools, and serial changes. Manage component PPAP parts through line trials and PV tests until plant approval, while scoring AS051 ratings in the NCM database. Execute regular supplier audits, lead continual improvement reviews, and handle warranty claims. Take the quality role in change cases per CCB procedures and fulfill specific customer requirements for plant-level suppliers.
