Launch Planning and Steering Co-op - Spring 2027

Job Summary
Manage the Throughput and Current Schedules for H50 and H52 prototype cars to ensure adherence to Plant Spartanburg targets. Create Assembly Drop requests, Synchro Files, and Option Matrices while running weekly verification programs for NSG builds. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and internal TAS sessions to optimize DAVE/Throughput planning and resource allocation. Capture lessons learned from launch processes and streamline reporting for Launch Parts. Support project management activities around Launch Milestones and evaluate plant meetings for best practices. Work full-time on-site from January 11th – May 14th, 2027, under guidance from Launch Steering and Project Management mentors.
Required Qualifications
- Majors: Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, Logistics/Operations Management, Business, International Business, MIS (Management Information Systems), Computer Science
- MS Excel/Office Suite
- Planning and Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (Not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
- Must be an enrolled student during all three rotations
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred previous Programming Experience (VBA, Matlab, R, Python, SQL etc.)
- German Language is a plus
