Job Summary
Launch Manager ANZ responsible for leading regional rollout and adoption of ORBIS Go-to-Market initiatives and product releases in ANZ. Serves as primary coordination point between global Launch teams and the ANZ organization, supporting structured launch activities, enablement, communication and readiness across Sales, Delivery and Support. Manages cross-functional coordination, customer engagements, training and readiness assets, tracks product requirements and deliverables from pre-assessment through launch, and captures lessons learned to improve processes. Requires experience in healthcare/software deployments and strong stakeholder management; degree in Healthcare IT, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare software, enterprise software or similarly complex customer environments
- Background in Delivery, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Product Enablement or implementation-related roles
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across Sales, Delivery, Product and Support organizations
- Good understanding of software deployment, customer adoption and operational readiness processes
- Experience working with strategic customers and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
