Job Summary
Launch Manager at Netflix responsible for end-to-end title and merchandising campaign launches in Korea, acting as the on-the-ground product merchandising expert and connective tissue across cross-functional partners. Own the quality and accountability for bringing content to life on the platform, coordinating timelines and assets, and troubleshooting bottlenecks. Translate local objectives into clear product merchandising decisions, partner with Content and Marketing to architect data-driven discovery strategies, evaluate complex asks, weigh impact and risk, and surface root causes with proposed solutions. Build strong cross-functional partnerships, communicate priorities and trade-offs, and influence workflows to increase launch excellence. Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment, fluent in Korean and English, and demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into product strategy while maintaining accountability and collaboration across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and consumer objectives into product strategy, with strong intuition for what 'good' looks like in a launch context
- Systems thinker who can identify patterns across a portfolio, evaluate tradeoffs rigorously, and communicate risks and recommendations persuasively to diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
- Strong relationship management and expectation-setting skills
- Track record of modeling accountability and ability to collaborate, influence, and partner effectively with internal stakeholders
