Job Summary
Apply APQP methodology for new programs and engineering changes while maintaining the ENGIS system. Review client sites to feed required information and coordinate shopfloor implementation of specific customer requirements. Request deviations and engineering changes from customers, then oversee all technical implementation across manufacture, quality, purchasing, and logistics to ensure SOP from a manufacturing perspective. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, five years of experience in automotive program launches, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Mechanical or Industrial
- 5+ years of experience in launching of new programs for automotive business
- Fluent in English is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Good written and oral communications skills
- MS project desirable
- Ability to prioritize and schedule daily tasks
- ability to effectively facilitate teams
