Job Summary
Lead cross-functional launches from planning to execution for automotive programs. Drive program readiness, develop and manage schedules (LPMP/PLM), track RFQs/ECNs, organize meetings and action plans, and supervise pre-production activities. Coordinate with SSD/CFD teams, manage budgets and procurement for tools/materials, develop ramp-up and end-of-life plans, and ensure certifications (IATF/VDA) while meeting cost, deadline, and quality KPIs. Strong organizational skills, experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, proficiency with MS Project, and fluent French and English communication are required. Located at Lear’s Trim Plant in Menzel Bourguiba, Tunisia.
