Job Summary
Coordinate project documentation including PFMEAS, flowcharts, and control plans while maintaining project status in Projectbook. Lead the implementation of BOM changes, fixture modifications, and cybersecurity updates, ensuring compliance with quality systems and customer-specific requirements. Drive the design and validation of product packaging, manage new model first runs and maturity gates, and coordinate equipment installation and line qualification plans. Execute Value Analysis and Value Engineering changes, balance test coverage, and maintain capacity plans for manufacturing plant expansion.

- Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical
- Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes and documentation control, core tools
- Knowledge in customer EOM specific requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment
- 5 years of prior experience coordinating new projects
- 5 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods
- English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work in an office
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion of a drug screen
