Latvian National Graduate Trainee in Strategic Initiatives

National Graduate Trainee within ESA’s Strategy Department contributes to strategy research and gap analyses for ESA Strategy 2040, defines high-potential strategic initiatives, engages with ESA directorates and stakeholders, supports development and early implementation of initiatives, plans and organises events such as strategy conferences and innovation sprints, develops concepts and tools for strategic innovation, monitors progress, and prepares management reports; opportunity to participate in training, development and leadership programs while based at ESA HQ in Paris.
