Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate in the Latin America Private Bank at JPMorgan Chase, responsible for maintaining and deepening client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for service-related needs. Collaborates with advisors, product partners, and operations to execute client transactions (money movement, security transfers, loan transactions) with flawless execution, while adhering to the firm’s controls and FINRA regulations. Focused on identifying opportunities to engage clients with additional products and digital platforms, and delivering a seamless, integrated client experience in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment. Requires Portuguese fluency, 3+ years in investment management, and FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63); strong MS Office skills and client-service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required for the position
- 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry
- Fluently communicate in Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
