Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate within the Latin America Private Bank at J.P. Morgan who will serve as the primary point of contact for service-related needs of Private Banking clients. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service and flawless execution on requests and transactions (money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, escalated research), adhering to firm controls and FINRA regulations, collaborating with client-facing teams to deliver client transactions, and identifying opportunities to engage clients with additional products and services. Requires FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63), proficiency in Portuguese, and 3+ years in investment management. Preferred College degree or equivalent client service experience.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials
- Series 7 license
- Series 63 license
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to fluently communicate in Portuguese
- 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry
- College degree or equivalent client service experience preferred
