Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate within the Latin America Private Bank at JPMorgan who will be the primary contact for service-related needs, providing exceptional client service and flawless execution on requests such as money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions. Collaboration with advisor, product partners, and operations teams to deliver integrated Private Banking products; adherence to controls and FINRA regulations; identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and digital platforms. Requires FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, Spanish fluency, and 3+ years of experience in investment management; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to operate in a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry
- Fluent in Spanish
