Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate in the Latin America Private Bank handling service requests, money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions, collaborating with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver an integrated client experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, adhering to controls and FINRA regulations, supporting cross-team transactions, and identifying opportunities for additional products and digital-channel engagement. Requires FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 63), fluent Spanish, 2+ years in investment management, and a college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Location: Houston, TX (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required for the position
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to fluently communicate (written and verbal) in Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in the investment management industry
