Job Summary
Lead execution of complex M&A, equity, and debt transactions while overseeing sophisticated financial models including DCF, LBO, and comparable analyses. Drive preparation of pitch books, information memorandums, and client presentation materials alongside active management of market research and due diligence processes for potential and live transactions. Mentor junior team members to ensure deliverable accuracy and support their professional development. Partner with product and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions to Latin American clients. Requires 3+ years of Investment Banking experience, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and expert-level financial modeling skills. Based in the Mexico City office within a team providing full suite financial services across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Investment Banking experience
- 3+ years as an Analyst
- 1+ years as a current Associate
- Complete proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and oral)
- Expert-level financial accounting knowledge
- Mastery of valuation techniques including fundamental analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience with financial databases such as FactSet, CapIQ and Bloomberg
- Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the economic and corporate dynamics specific to Latin American countries
