Job Summary

Latin America Account Manager responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across Latin America and the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Caribbean Islands, and Venezuela. Build distributor relationships, develop sales plans with management, train account teams, and deliver solutions using Epson industrial textile and signage products. Maintain knowledge of regional market practices, coordinate marketing programs and budgets, participate in trade shows and distributor events, forecast demand and manage sell-through, and travel internationally as needed. Requires strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to engage customers and distributors to meet quotas; base location in the Miami, FL area with international travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales, account management, channel management, or business development experience
  • experience in Latin America and Caribbean markets preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • ability to travel internationally and domestically
  • strong presentation, training, and customer engagement skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
