Job Summary
Oversee lathe production on the second shift, assign machinists and other personnel, supervise staff, troubleshoot and address issues during setup and production on CNC lathes, set up and produce parts per specifications, train staff on machine operation and setup, review performance, document records in ERP and Shop Travelers, maintain 5S and safety standards, and coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance; contribute to data-driven continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and on‐time delivery.
