Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding for lateral associate and counsel hires across US offices and support the Boston Attorney Recruiting team through onboarding-related tasks. Manage onboarding materials, answer questions, and provide guidance to new hires; support onboarding initiatives for the Lateral Recruiting Manager; assist with law student and summer associate programs, interview scheduling, and event coordination; maintain candidate materials and reporting; operate in a hybrid in-office/remote Boston setup with strong emphasis on organization, communication, and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a corporate or law firm setting
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to protect and maintain confidential information
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
- MS-Office Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
