Late Shift Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead the late shift at our Kidderminster site by conducting quality, safe, and compliant vehicle maintenance and repairs, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting. Identify worn and faulty components in accordance with DVSA Standards while ensuring job cards are correct and well documented. Lead technicians via email, telephone, and face-to-face communication to keep them motivated and engaged, working closely with the workshop controller to ensure right jobs are completed at the right time. Maintain accurate customer documentation within agreed time scales while demonstrating resilience and flexibility.

Required Qualifications

  • At least level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in LCV and HGV Vehicle Repair and maintenance
  • Communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face
  • Ability to identify worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards
  • Experience using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
  • Ability to complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales
  • Ability to be a brilliant team player
  • Positive attitude and flexibility with workloads
  • Ability to carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting
  • DBS check (subject to satisfactory completion prior to joining)

  • Experience with high-performance equipment for construction, agriculture, rail, roadworks, aggregates
